If you or a loved one has been seriously injured, or a family member has been killed in an accident – CALL US NOW. Immediate investigation, collection of evidence and interviewing witnesses is essential to the successful prosecution of a large personal injury case. The Farber Law Group is ready to go into action 24/7 – we have access to investigators throughout Washington State and will advance all necessary costs upfront to complete the investigation. We will preserve and protect your claim.
I have practiced law for more than 30 years and successfully obtained large recoveries for many deserving claimants.
In addition to our rapid response capabilities and our early aggressive tactics, we are also sensitive to each client’s personal needs.
We offer free initial consultations and handle all of my cases on a "contingency" basis; no attorney fees are charged until we win the case for you. We have won millions of dollars for our clients involving wrongful deaths, brain injuries and other catastrophic injuries.
My philosophy as a personal injury lawyer is to listen to and respect the needs and concerns of each client. Injured plaintiffs have the “deck stacked against them” as their claim is always defended by large multi-million/billion dollar insurance companies or corporations. They have unlimited resources to defend the claim and will do anything to defeat or decrease the claimant’s compensation. A plaintiff needs an experienced lawyer who can “level the playing field”.
The clients we represent at The Farber Law Group have suffered serious and disabling injuries, or have lost a loved one due to the wrong doing of others. It is a privilege and an honor to prosecute claims to recover monetary compensation for the harms and losses that they have experienced. I have personally handled over a thousand cases and recovered millions of dollars for deserving victims.
I received my legal education at Seattle University, graduating with honors in 1976. In addition to practicing law full time for the next 30 years in King County, Washington, I have attended well over 1000 hours in continuing education and completed advanced advocacy courses with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
I have been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with an A/V® listing, which is the highest achievable. This recognition is based upon information collected of lawyers and judges throughout Washington State who have had cases with me and observed my abilities and skills in the practice of law. The A/V® certification mark is a significant rating accomplishment -- one which shows that my peers rank me at the highest level of professional excellence.
We emphasize economy, compassion, and efficiency in helping our clients through times of great difficulty and stress caused by the negligence of others. We handle personal injury cases including car accidents, trucking accidents, construction accidents, pedestrian accidents and slip and fall. More complex cases including nursing home neglect, products liability, class action matters and catastrophic injuries (such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord trauma and severe burns) and serious injuries to children are also handled by our group.
Helping people is what we do. Every case is different and deserves special attention. At the Farber Law Group, your case is always our biggest case. Learn more..
