Lake Forest Park

Lake Forest Park is a city in King County, Washington on the north shore of Lake Washington. The city  is a bedroom community of single family homes and only has about a 4% commercial base. Many of the homes are on medium and large-sized plats. The city has many parks and access to the Burke-Gilman Trail.

Lake Forest Park was incorporated in 1961 and has a population of approximately 13, 142 in 3.6 square miles.

From Seattle, Lake Forest Park is approximately 14 miles north-east. One can either take Interstate 5 to State Route 104 or Interstate 5 to State Route 522/Lake City Way.  From Bellevue, Lake Forest Park is approximately 16 miles north-west via Interstate 405 to State Route 522/NE Bothell Way.

Bordering cities to Lake Forest Park are Kenmore and Bothell (East), Brier (North), Mountlake Terrace (East) and Shoreline (West). Lake Washington, the largest fresh water body in King County, is south.Neighborhoods:
