RCW 46.61.500 - RECKLESS DRIVING -- PENALTY

A person who is found guilty of reckless driving, which is a gross misdemeanor, may be punished by being imprisoned for not more than one year and a fine of not more than $5,000.  The person's license or permit to drive can be suspended for not less than 30 days.
