RCW 79A.60.040 -- OPERATION OF A VESSEL IN A RECKLESS MANNER/OPERATION OF A VESSEL UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR

This statute provides penalty for any who operates a boat or vessel in a reckless manner including the use of an intoxicating liquor or drug. If a person has a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.08 or greater, if the person is under the influence of alcohol or any drugs the person is guilty of a misdemeanor.
