Yarrow Point

Yarrow Point is a small residential town in King County, Washington, located on the shores of Lake Washington on the opposite side of the lake from Seattle and is part of the greater Seattle area.
Bordering CitiesYarrow Point is bordered on three sides by Lake Washington and it is situated between Cozy Cove and Yarrow Bay. On it's southern side, Yarrow Point is bordered by Clyde Hill. It is situated opposite Cozy Cove from Hunts Point and is near Bellevue and Kirkland.
Yarrow Point has a population of 1,010 in .4 square miles and was incorporated in 1959. Yarrow Point is one of the most affluent areas in Washington sites and ranks fifth of 552 areas in the state based on per capita income.
LocationYarrow Point is accessed by taking the 92nd Ave NE exit off of State Route 520. It is the last Eastside exit when headed towards Seattle.
SchoolsThe Bellevue School District serves the residents of Yarrow Point. Students living on Yarrow Point attend Clyde Hill elementary, Chinook middle school and Bellevue High School.
Attractions and Parks- Wetherhill Nature Preserve - located between Hunts and Yarrow point, a nature preserve with waterfront vistas and walking paths.
- Christmas Ship Festival - a long-time tradition of a flotilla of decorated ships going to shore-side communities with choirs onboard providing performances to the communities.
