Herbert G. Farber, Esq.

Attorney

Herb was born in 1952 in Urbana, Illinois. He graduated in 1974 from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign Campus in Political Science and History.

After graduation, he moved to Seattle and fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. He was admitted to the University of Puget Sound, which is now known as Seattle University, graduating cum laude from the School of Law in 1976. He also attended the University of Washington Law School and the University of Illinois Law School during summer quarters.

He married his wife Linda in 1984 and they will celebrate their 25 anniversary soon. They have 3 wonderful children and they live in the Clyde Hill area of Bellevue.

Herb is an avid reader and student of government and political affairs. He has been active in legislative issues relating to victim’s rights and has opposed tort reform measures instituted by insurance companies and corporations. He serves on the Board of Directors of the East Side Lawyers for Justice, which is a political action committee (PAC) of the Washington State Lawyers Association.

Over the years, Herb has served in various capacities with non-profit organizations and voluntary government positions, such as the Belle Arts Concerts, where he served as President, and the Kirkland Board of Adjustment.

Kelly Daniels

Paralegal

Kelly Daniels joined the Farber Law Group in 2006 and is the firm's lead paralegal.  Kelly has over 25 years of experience in personal injury litigation, hailing from New York where she received her degree in legal administration with honors from Bryant & Stratton College. She has participated in numerous continuing legal education seminars regarding litigation and personal injury.  Before relocating to Seattle with her family, Kelly worked for several law firms in the Syracuse area that specialized in Personal Injury Litigation.

Kelly recently graduated summa cum laude from Walden University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, at the University of South Dakota.

The aspect of Kelly's job that she enjoys the most is the strong working relationships she forms with clients and the one-on-one contact she maintains with them.  She is compassionate and works diligently to make one of the most difficult times in a person's life more manageable.

In addition to her interpersonal skills, Kelly pays keen attention to details and manages case files flawlessly. Her training and experience allow her to draft discovery documents, motions, and correspondence with attorneys and claims adjusters.

Kelly lives in Gold Bar with her husband and three dogs.  When she is not working or attending classes, Kelly enjoys the outdoors and taking long road trips across the country visiting family and friends.
